Prices, space, allergies, cancellations and everything else parents ask before booking. If yours is not here, just ask.

Prices and paying

How much does a children's pamper party cost?
Our parties are £250 to £425 depending on the age group and the package. Little Hunnies, for ages 4 to 8, is £250, £300 or £375. Tween Hunnies, for ages 9 to 12, is £300, £350 or £425. Every price covers up to 8 children and includes travel anywhere in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
What if the birthday girl is ill?
We move the date. Rescheduling always comes first and we treat finding you a new date as a priority.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will always try to reschedule before anything else. If we cannot find a date that works and you cancel, the deposit is kept, because it held the date and turned other parties away. Cancel within 7 days of the party and you are refunded 50% of what you have paid. Within 48 hours of the party there is no refund, as the day can no longer be filled.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer or cash, whichever suits you. A 25% deposit holds the date and comes off the final bill. The balance is due 7 days before the party, so cash needs to reach us before the day rather than on it.
Do you charge extra for travel?
No. Travel is included anywhere in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. No radius, no mileage, no surprises on the invoice.
How far in advance should we book?
At least four days' notice, though weekends in term time go early. The availability calendar on this site shows what is genuinely still free.
When do you run parties?
Friday after school through to Sunday any time, plus weekdays during the school holidays.

On the day

How much space do you need?
Ideally a room around 16ft by 16ft, but do not worry if yours is smaller. We work around your furniture, and we can spread into a nearby space if one activity needs room of its own. Chairs or a sofa for the foot spas is perfect, and if there is nowhere to work on the floor we bring our own fold-out low tables. We just need plug sockets, access to water, and a room that can be aired.
Can boys come too?
Yes. Say so when you book and we will tailor the party so it works for everybody in the room.
What if the children are different ages?
Easily handled, and very common. We build the afternoon so that there is something every age genuinely enjoys rather than pitching it all at the youngest or the oldest.
What if my child has additional needs?
The waiver asks about this too. Tell us what helps and what does not, and we shape the party around that child rather than asking them to fit around the party.
How many children can come?
Up to 8 with one host, which is how most parties run. Above 8 we bring a second host, and that is what the extra guest charge covers. Fifteen is our maximum.

Safety and products

What do you actually put on their skin?
The face and eye masks are made on the day from things like yogurt, cucumber and fruit. Lip balms are coconut oil based. The perfumes are water based with natural scent drops. Nail polish and make-up are child-friendly brands, though the exact products vary with what is in stock. The only thing anyone drinks is pink lemonade.
What if my daughter has an allergy or sensitive skin?
Every parent is sent a waiver to complete before the party. It asks about allergies, sensitivities, and anything you would rather your child did not join in with, and we tailor the products to whatever you tell us. We also patch test the face mask on each child before applying it properly. Everything used is non-toxic.
